W« do agree and take upon onreolven, Hasan bin All
Saraaiyoh, Abdullah bin Hasan, lea bin Abdul Latif, Yuouf bin
Abdullah and All Ahnsed Saleh, that t?e have admitted among at
the
us *'r. Tlgrane Mai coin in the Coanany for/Oxide and Mioa
' Ines in the im l-fusa Islands which we have leased from
Sheikh Balls bin Sultan at two hundred and fifty dollars per
annua for the Oxide nln&a and one thousand and five hundred
dollars for a five yeare period on account of the Mica
Mines, on the condition that he will use endeavours in dis
posing of and shipping what is excavated from the said
mines in oteaaers fron Bu 'usa to other countries for sale,
and afford full asoiotance for the non-stoppage of the work
on the said nines. And whatever the said expenses taay amount
to, they will be borne by all the parties and the profits
will also be(divided) proportionately amongst all. And on
this (understanding) th® Agreement ia concluded? so that
it way not be hidden.
And it ic not open to any one of the partners to sell his
share or to admit any one (therein) except in consultation
with Haji Hassan bin All Saaaiyeh and with his signature
together with those of the partners.
