the history of the paper purporting to be the Bules of
Partnership is ac followet-
The drawing up of the original draft was done by ae»
the reason being that the oxide laining work had been in
operation for nearly a year without any definite plan of
operations having been arrived at. I was anxious to put
the work on a raore busineae-like footing and therefore
drew up pome rules and sent thm to Hnsan. Sie latter made
certain additions and had five documents drawn up including
the additions and signed by himself, Abdullah, and Hakhoda
Ali, and he forwarded thera all to rae for completion by the
attachment of the signatures of Sheikh Sagar and myself,
then cot. pic tod, I was to return 3 of the® to him, one for
himself, one for Abdullah, and one for Hakhoda Ali. of the
remaining two I was to give one to Sheikh Sag&r and keep
one rayself. I did not however care about the extra con
dition which he had inserted and wrote back and said so.
There the matter ended. These deeds were never completed nor f|
were any revised documente dram up. I never showed then
to Sheikh Sagar and produce them now in the state in which
I received then. These Rules never having beconie operative

on which the concern was carried on was that of ZilhijJeh

in which it is laid down that thr sale loading and shipping
