I have the honour to refer to your despatch
No. 14 dated the 5th. of Vpril, 1928, to t.ie Secretary
of State for the Colonies forwarding a copy of telegram.
No.297 dated the 30th of -arch, 1928, from His Majesty' s
Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. , Kuwait, regarding the visit to Kuwait

was no question of arresting the debtor. The
