man about 152 years of age. He is said to be devoted to the Bri-
-tish and to be in other wnys a promising young man. Meanwhile
he remains in the background and it would be leaving well alone
that we should not go out of our way to bring him out but rather
to allow that to come about in due course or as policy may dic-
-tate, at some future time.
