Turkish Government, and a warning against independent action
should be given to him.

Majesty's Government to Bend a British Agent to Qatif.
It has been impressed on Hakkl Pasha An Ottoman title used after the names of certain provincial governors, high-ranking officials and military commanders. that neither Bahrain
nor its waters can be allowed to be made use of for military
purposes against Bin Sa*ud. Information in regard to the
movements of Turkish troops should be telegraphed as early
as possible".
