Letter reporting on the calming of matters at Gwadar and suggesting that Government write to the Khan of Kelat [Kalāt] to ensure that matters remain calm as well as recommending that the Hindoo [Hindu] merchants arrived in Gwadar from Muskat [Muscat] be allowed to proceed to Bunder Abbass [Bandar Abbas] or elsewhere as they please.
