The following is with reference
to Ahwaz telegram No. 6.
First paragraph. This action con-
-travenes the last definite instructions of the Persian
Prime Minister in which he said that the arrival at
Persian ports of men of war which are normally stationed
in the
Persian Gulf

applied to the Gulf Squadron, details of which have
always "been communicated to the Persian Government.
