Alexandrian Summary (جوامع الإسكندرانيين) of Galen's (جالينوس ; d. ca 216) De temperamentis libri III (Περὶ κράσεων βιβλία γ'; كتاب المزاج) translated from the Greek by Ḥunayn ibn Isḥāq (حنين بن إسحق; d. 873).

Book One (المقالة الأولى; ff. 176r-208r);
Book Two (المقالة الثانية; ff. 188r-200v);
Book Three (المقالة الثالثة; ff. 200v-208r).

Begins (f. 176v, lines 2-3):

... أجناس المزاج جنسان وذلك أن منه معتدل

ومنه غير معتدل والذاعة كثيرة وذلك أن المزاج المعتدل ...

Ends (f. 208r, lines 11-14):

... والقول فيه غير مطلق

عند ما يقاس يفعله في هذا المرض الواحد وفي هذا الواحد من اسخانه

أو تبريده إياه فإن دهن الورد شأنه تبريد العلل التي معها فضل

الحرارة وإسخان العلل التي معها فضل برودة ...
