Samuel Hennell forwards the following enclosures: three translated substances of reports from the Agent at Shiraz [Mirza Mahmood], covering 26 August to 7 September, 14 September to 23 September, and 23 September to 10 October 1850 respectively. Subjects include: various dismissals and appointments ordered by His Royal Highness Prince Governor A Prince of the Royal line who also acted as Governor of a large Iranian province during the Qājār period (1794-1925). of Fars [Firouz Mirza Nosrat-ed-Dowleh]; the Prince's command that Sheik Nasir Khan be imprisoned for failing to pay the money that he owes; and the death of the Eel Khan.
