Samuel Hennell reports the failure of Mahomed Koolee Sultan, acting on behalf of the Prince Governor A Prince of the Royal line who also acted as Governor of a large Iranian province during the Qājār period (1794-1925). of Fars [His Royal Highness Bahram Mirza], to extract a fine of 300 tomans 10,000 Persian dinars, or a gold coin of that value. from the commander of a Dashtee bugla Large trading vessel. [ buggalow Large trading vessel. ], referred to as the Futh ool Kheyr , which recently imported slaves into Bushire. Hennell's explains that the attempt failed because the Futh ool Kheyr , which belongs to the Dashtee Chief, Hajee [Haji] Khan, left Bushire long before Mahomed Koolee Sultan's arrival. In his initial letter to Sheil, Hennell writes that he has doubts as to whether Sheik Nasir Khan will obey the Prince's orders, as Hajee Khan is the most powerful chief in the low country and the only real support that Sheik Nasir Khan has in his feud with Bakir Khan, the Chief of Tongistoon [Tangestān].
