Any ITakhuda who acts contrary to the rule in para II &
settles with a diver not in possession of a copy of his account
in his personal book shall be liable to a line nox exceeding
R se 300 for the first offence or 1500 for the second oifence £
for any subseQiient offence he may , inad-ition to t. „ line
authorised,be deprived of the right to take out a pearling
license for a period which may extend to five yetrs 0
