The letter is informing the Bombay Government that, as requested, the Resident (during his return trip to Bushire) will enquire into the progress of Mahomed Enoo's [Muḥammad ‘Anūs] efforts to introduce vaccination in to Muscat; his findings will be reported back to the Governor of Bombay.
