T-ir: Company agreed to consider the insertion
in sub -paragraph fii) of a provision that "producing
wells or borings at the time of such termination shall
be handed over in good order and repair and fit for
further working", and to make a corresponding amendment
in sub -paragraphs (ii) and (iii) in substitution for
the words "in euch working condition as the property
then is' 1 . Thie would have to be discussed with the
Shell Goapany who were co-operating with the A.P.ChC.
