In this letter, William Bruce, Resident at Bushire, transmits his account disbursements (not included) for the Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. for the month of February and offers an explanation for the extraordinary charges incurred by him in consequence of joining the force led by Major General Sir William Grant Keir.
