Letter regarding the benefits Brown is finding to his health from the air at Matheran.
The letter proceeds by discussing an extract that appeared in the Sindian which Brown believes Captain George Andrew Atkinson gave to them; and rumours that Syud Azam bin Ghes [Azzan bin Qais] and his minister Shaikh Salah bin-Ail intend to address the Government in regards to a port which was taken by British marine forces.
