Letter, in Persian and translated into English, regarding Ghoolam Ali [Ghulam 'Ali], an inhabitant of Bushire who had agreed to serve on a steamer for one month in order to travel from Bombay to Bushire to visit his parents, however the Captain of the steamer was refusing to permit him to leave at Bushire and had restrained him to prevent him from doing so. The letter requests the assistance of the Assistant Resident in securing his release.
