Middle folio of a letter regarding an [unnamed] clerk having handed in his resignation which had been accepted by the Bombay Government; Mr Lucas not having returned to Bushire; Edwards drawing Pelly's pay in order to meet the Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. 's payments; and regarding whether or not Pelly wishes to sell one of his horses.
