In the letter Willock encloses under flying seal Letters which could be freely opened before reaching their destination. correspondence to the Honourable Governor of Bombay, dated 4 July 1820. Willock also encloses a packet for Captain Thompson, currently based at Rasel Khyma [Ra's al-Khaymah], which he requests Bruce forward at the earliest opportunity.
