Arabic version of the De ortibus et occasibus (Περὶ ἐπιτολῶν καὶ δύσεων; في الطلوع والغروب [f. 87v, line 2, transcribed below] or في الطلوعات والغروبات [f. f. 109r, line 10, transcribed below]) by the astronomer, mathematician and geographer Autolycus of Pitane (Αὐτόλυκος ὁ Πιταναῖος; أوطولوقس; fl. 300 BC), revised by Thābit ibn Qurrah (ثابت بن قرة; d. 901) and presented here in the edition of Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī (d. 1274).

The diagrams are collected on a fold out (f. 110r) following the text.

وستة وثلثون شكلًا المقالة الأولى يه شكلًا المقالة الثانية كا شكلًا

صدر يقال لبعض طلوعات الكواكب والغروباتها وخصوصًا الثوابت

إنها خفية ولبعضها إنها ظاهرة ...
