ment thereof. Once duly drawn
up and signed by the respective
commissioners, the above-men
tioned plan and statement shall

integral part of this convention.
Article 18.
This convention shall be rati
fied and the ratifications thereof
shall be exchanged in London
as soon as possible, and at the
latest within three months.*
In witness whereof the re
spective Plenipotentiaries have
signed this convention and have
affixed thereto their seals.
Done at London, in duplicate,
the 29th July, 1913.
