The reports are arranged chronologically from the front to the rear of the volume. IOR/V/10/571/7-10 each contain a table of contents listing headings and sub-headings, but IOR/V/10/571/1-6 do not include tables of contents.

Physical characteristics

Foliation: the foliation sequence (used for referencing) commences at the inside front cover with 1 and terminates at the inside back cover with 1,246; these numbers are written in pencil, are circled, and are located in the top right corner of the recto The front of a sheet of paper or leaf, often abbreviated to 'r'. side of each folio. A previous foliation sequence, which is also circled, has been superseded and therefore crossed out.
