The file includes 'Royalty Tank Charts' (folios 13-17).

Arrangement

The documents in the file are arranged in chronological order. There is an index at the end of the file (folios 151-160). The foliation is written in pencil (later ink) in the top right corner. The numbering begins with the first page of writing, on number 1, and ends on 161, on the inside of the back cover of the file.
