- A copy of an extract (no. 83) from the Honourable Company's commands, dated 8 July 1785 and received from Fort St George on 8 January 1786, which includes an extract from a letter, dated 11 April 1785, from the Accountant General to the Honourable Governor General and Council.
The letter is dated 20 March 1785; however, given that most of the aforementioned enclosures are dated after March 1785, it is likely that the date of the first letter has been written in error and that the correct date is 20 March 1786.
