The following is the boundary for tactical command between Generals
Milne and Marshall in N. W. Persia.
Pnzeli-Linjan-Bijwa-Sihna (all inclusive to Mesopotamia) thence westward
to Persian Frontier. General Milne will supply troops between Hamadan and
Enzeii by stores landed at (omission) but responsibility for distribution of these
stores will rest with General Marshall.
