Por these decisions, which are mine, I only am answerable before Eussia.
I am deeply convinced that the hour is near when the faithful and sober sons
of the motherland will organise and stand up for protection for Eussia of a
sensible state of order and right. I do not doubt that the mighty voice of
Eussia will soon be heard, shame to the* traitors and betrayers of Eussia,
soldiers to the trenches, peasants to the ploughs, and workmen to the benches
in order to bring the revolution and the war to a victorious and reasonable
conclusion and the country to an established unity.
