The following information is most secret:—
Reinforcements for Chernozuboff :—One newly formed Rifle Brigade of
2 battalions which is to follow the Rifle Brigade detailed for Baratoff, one newly
formed Kuban Cossack Cavalry division now en route to Baku, and one
Orenburg Cavalry division not yet arrived in Caucasus from Western front.
Reinforcements for Baratoff:—One newly formed Turkestan Rifle Brigade
of 2 battalions which should now be arriving at Krasnovodsk, 1 Kuban
Cavalry Brigade due at Enzeli about end of March and 3 Don Cossack Cavalry
divisions from Western front which have not yet reached Caucasus.
