I beg to state that my father died m Bahrain in
tne montri of Shawal 13b6 while I was in Kuwait. At Kuwait
I made out a power ol attorney and sent it to my above agent
in the montri of Bhul Hijjali 13t>6. I was waiting for trie
result but to no avail. I have now come to Bahrain and on
ing
question/the said agent, I found that ne nau arranged with
my brotner Hamad and the otner heirs to misappropriate my
rights. As I am a poor man and have a sister named Khaaijah
living in Malabar, I request the High Government to recover
my rights and that of my sister from the heirs and my sister f s
shares kept in deposit in the Agency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, headed by an agent. . My father was rich and
owned landed property and cash the amount of which I do not
know. The intention of these people is to misa
rights. I request you to deal with the matter
justice and order for the presentation of the account books
and title deeds of the landed properties.

The cases raised include property theft (folios 26-29), disputes over land ownership (folio 59), inheritance (folios 13-19), accidential death (folio 48), and liability for the dangerous condition of roads (folios 33-34).
