should have the rank of an Under-Secretary of State

for the Sudan and another for Aden*
THE CHAIRMAN was of opinion that one for Aden and Arabia
would be sufficient.
It was decided that the next Meeting should
be held at 4 p.m, on Thursday, 27th September, In
