Letter reports the arrival (and subsequent departure, to Bengal and Bomabay respectively) of the Eliza and the Scorpion . The return of the two Bussora vessels (by the Sheikh of Congoon [Kangān]) and the receipt of a letter of thanks from him is recorded. Details regarding the loss of a Bussora [Basra] vessel near Genowa [Bandar-e Ganaveh] and the robbing and wounding of Indian servants that were on board are also given. Woollen sales are discussed. An additonal note states that bad weather delayed the departure of the Bombay Grab Shallow vessel with a projecting bow. and two released vessels.
