As regards remainder viz: 600,000 trance, Zil has
received 200,000 trance travelling expenses trom His
Majesty’s Government# He now suggests that His
Majesty’s Government should give a tormal promise re
garding the claim and proposes that tollowing solution
should then be adopted#
His Majesty’s Government should exercise pressure
on Persian Government not to repay amount in question
but to remit Zil’s taxes, amount of which would then

They discuss the exile’s financial situation, arrangements for his return to Persia and the recovery of his property from the Persian Government, his visit to Petrograd [St Petersburg] and his arrival in Tehran.
