Letter regarding the resolution of the Muskat [Muscat] - Wahabee [Wahhabi] affair; Sayed Soulem [Salim II bin Thuwaini] starting afresh and the threat to him from his uncle Sayed Torkee [Turki bin Said] who had recently made an attempt to avenge his brother's death (after waiting for Pelly to depart from Muskat).
The letter goes on to state that the Native Agent Non-British agents affiliated with the British Government. at Muskat has been instructed not to interfere in affairs and Pelly requests instructions on whether to report on, or mediate at, Muskat.
