Seven longitudinal sections produced to illustrate ‘Report on the Development of Mesopotamia’ showing water levels in high flood including flood discharge and tide with mean sea levels recorded during 1915 survey. Measurements reported and compared with Sir William Willcocks’ data.

Includes: ‘Cross section at Bagdad’, ‘Cross section at Ezra’s Tomb’, ‘Cross section above Amarah’, ‘Cross section at Qurnah’, ‘Cross section at Chahala Canal’, ‘Cross section at Magil’ and ‘Cross section at Qalat Salih’.

Bottom left-hand corner below neat line: ‘M.A. Hakimkhan, Draftsman’.
