The letter is responding to the commands of the Bombay Government dated 22 October 1811, which informed the Resident that the decision for a bill (see folios 60v-61) submitted by him in his communication dated 30 July 1811 has been suspended, pending the receipt of an answer in reply to a communication from the accountant general dated 29 May 1811. It is noted that this answer (not present) is enclosed with the letter.
