The letter is enclosing three sets of exchanges for the part subsidy for Persia for the year 1810, as per the instructions for Sir Harford Jones [Brydges]. Only one of these is transcribed in the volume; a first of exchange in favour of Mahomed Ibrahim. The exchanges not transcribed are in favour of Mirza Tyamoon and Hajee Esmail respectively.
