Letter regarding a letter to Pelly which Lord Lytton had omitted to send several months earlier in relation to Pelly's book and secret correspondence acquired by the British which proved that Nur Mohamed Shah was in the pay of the Ameer [Amir] and the Maharajah of Kashmir, who wanted to prevent the admittance of British agents into Aghanistan.
