Letter regarding arrangements that have been made for Pelly to visit the Governor [of Bushire]; a complaint made against the Nakhoda of a Koweit [Kuwait] Bugla Large trading vessel. which is now in Bombay; and requesting Pelly's signature for some passes.
A postscript to the letter informs Pelly of Agha Jan who had undertaken the maintenance and care of the Carriage and Horses for the previous Resident, Felix Jones and the arrangements for paying him for his services; monies received from Captain Ledley which were payment of a fine by the Bahrein [Bahrain] Chief and regarding reports that Telegraph vessels had arrived at Chobar [Chahbar].
