The following extract from a recent ruling has been
received from Air Headquarters, Royal Air Force in T Iraq,and
is passed for information to all concerned.
"Air Crews are briefed to avoid, as far as possible,
the Main Island of Bahrain in good visibility. In poor visi
bility they should be permitted to approach as close as it is
considered necessary and fire the colour of the period on
approaching the harbour".
