1. The
Political Agent
A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency.

among the residents of Koweit, who are subject to the Koweit Order in
Council, such number of persons to be Special Police Officers as may appear
to him to be necessary for the preservation of peace and good order within
the limits of the Koweit
