This lease as it is written is null and void and is not valid. The conditions for
tne lease, viz., the formula of proposal and acceptance and the stipulation of the
time are not (made) therein. Further, if the mines are open they cannot be turned
into property and the lease is not proper.

because a lease without formula and a fixed period is not a lease.

The lease mentioned in the question is null and void, and does not hold good
for the reason that the legal formula has not been pronounced and the period of
the lease has not been specified ; also the ownel or the property has the option
to immediately prevent lessee from holding the property in his possession. And
