A collection of texts on pharmacology and opthalmology transcribed in 715 AH/AD 1315-16 (see colophon Section at the end of a manuscript text. of third item, f. 139v, lines 11).

Contents:

• (1) al-Kūhīn al-ʻAṭṭār (الكوهين العطار), Minhāj al-dukkān wa-dustūr al-a‘yān (منهاج الدكّان ودستور الأعيان) (ff. 1v-95v);
• (2) Fragments of texts on opthalmology and related subjects (ff. 96r-121v);
