ويتألف الجزء الثاني (١ يوليو ١٨٨٩-٢٠ ديسمبر ١٨٩٢) من ملاحظات كرزون التي كتبها بخط يده، بالإضافة إلى مجموعة مختارة من التقارير والأوراق المطبوعة، وقصاصات الصحف، والمراسلات، التي تخص التعدين وحقوق التعدين في بلاد فارس، وكذلك تخص شؤون شركة البنك الفارسي لحقوق التعدين. وهو يتضمن قائمة بالمناجم المملوكة ملكية خاصة، والمناجم التي استأجرتها الحكومة الفارسية، بالإضافة إلى تفاصيل عن المناجم الفارسية الموجودة تحت تصرف البنك الإمبراطوري في بلاد فارس. وتتضمن الأوراق المتعلقة مباشرةً بشركة البنك الفارسي لحقوق التعدين نسخًا من عقد التأسيس والنظام الأساسي، بالإضافة إلى تعاميم، وأوراق الميزانية، ونسخة من مراسلات مكثفة بين الشركة وهوتوم-شيندلر. ويتضمن الجزء الثاني أيضًا نسخة من التقرير العام لشركة أخرى، وهي شركة الطرق والنقل الفارسية، بتاريخ مارس ١٨٩١.
وتوجد بين الأوراق أربع خرائط: ثلاثٌ منها لجبال ألبرز (الأوراق ٣٣، ٣٦، ٤٥) وواحدة تُظهر طرق النقل عبر بلاد فارس (الورقة ٢٦٦).
يتألف المحتوى الوارد باللغة الألمانية من ثلاثة عناوين لكتب استشهد بها هوتوم-شيندلر.

- الخصائص المادية
ترقيم الأوراق: يتكون هذا الملف من مجلدين. يبدأ تسلسل ترقيم الأوراق (المستخدم لأغراض مرجعية) في الورقة الأولى من المجلد الأول (صص. ١-١٣٨) وينتهي في الورقة الأخيرة من المجلد الثاني (صص. ١٣٩-٢٧٦)؛ هذه الأرقام مكتوبة بالقلم الرصاص ومحاطة بدائرة في أعلى يمين صفحة الوجه الجانب الأمامي للورقة أو لفرخٍ من الورق. كثيرًا ما يشار إليه اختصارًا بالحرف "و". من كل ورقة. يوجد تسلسل إضافي لترقيم الأوراق على التوازي على صص. ١-٢٧٦؛ وهذه الأرقام مطبوعة، وغير محاطة بدائرة. لا يتضمن تسلسل ترقيم الأوراق الغلاف الأمامي والخلفي والصفحات الفارغة في المجلدين.
