a request to deal with the matter on arrival in Kerman. It is
stated that Hikmat enjoys a certain immunity because he is re-
-lated to the Hstandar who considers however, that the Tudeh are
no longer an influence to contend with and therefore not worth
worrying about*

the coming elections arrived in Kerman on the 26th*

of the new ^armandar, Aqai Mudatir-i-Noorl. Ustadan, the leader
of the Tudeh who sensed the local attitude left the same day for

Hahadur, Faimandar of Yezd, was broadcast by Tehran Radio on the
