A rticle 90.
In so far as navigation of the Persian Gulf is concerned, the sanitary control
provided for in Part I of this Convention shall be applied by the sanitary
authorities of ports of departure as well as of arrival.

Desiring to make provision lor the reciprocal extradition of criminals.
Have resolved to conclude a Treaty for that purpose, and to that end have

Companion of the Most Eminent Order of the Indian Empire, High
Commissioner of His Britannic Majesty in Iraq,
