placed at the disposal of the Director General of Port Administration and Rivet-
Conservancy; with effect from 2nd February, 1916.

180. Captain N. M. Wilson, officiating Staff Captain, 30th Infantry Brigade, was
temporarily appointed to officiate as Brigade Major, 30th Infantry Brigade, in addition
to his other duties, vice Captain J. C. McKenna, admitted to hospital; with effect from
16th December, 1916 (forenoon).
181. («) With reference to Force Routine Order No. 1785 (5), dated 15th December,
1915, Emil Farage is discharged with effect from 31st January, 1916.
(ii). As references are frequently made to the Police regarding Interpreters, will
O.C. Units and Services kindly furnish the Commissioner of Police, Basrah, with the
names, parentage and residence of all Interpreters in their employ, as without this
information such cases are difficult to dispose of.
