audit organisation post helium Very large proportion of existing accounts
departments namely 45 officers including paymasters and F. T. C. Os. and 104
British other ranks working as accounts and audit clerks have been improvised
practice in this force. All of those will require to be relieved by competent
trained personnel next September who misht be willing to accept employment
in the post helium accounts department if terms satisfactory. Terms cannot
be framed and submitted for your approval until system of audit and accounts
organisations have been settled. You will realise that it is essential to have
arrangements cut and dried to meet the situation which will be created by the
release of so large a body of personnel.
