Whereat with a view to fixin^< the
frontier between Nejd and Trane Jordan and
settling certain questions connected therewith,
an Agreement known as the H/adda Agreement was
concluded between the high British Government and
His tajeaty Kir^ Abdyl Asia Ibn Abdur-Rahman al
Faisal Al Baud andwas signed at Bahra Cnmp on the
2nd of November, 1925*(corresponding to the 15th
Rabi 1 Thani 1344); and
Whereat it is oonilsdered advisable by His
Britannic laje3ty f 8 Gk>vemrient and by the Govern
ments of Trans Jordan and the Hejax to con;© to
an agreement regarding the frontier between the
Hejaz and Trans Jordan*
fe, the undersigned, His Majesty Abdul
Aziz ibn Abdur Rahman al Faisal Al Jeud, King
of the Hedjax and Jultan of Nejd and its
Dependencies and B # R*J/ordan, Acting British Agent
and Consul in Jeddah, the duly accredited
Plenipotentiary of H/is Britannic Majesty's
Govcmnent have agreed upon the following article:
The Frontier between the Hejat and
Trans Jowdan starts from the intersection of
meridian Z8Pand parallel 29^35* which ci^rks the
ternination of the frontier between Hejd and Trans
Jordan and proceeds in a straight line to point
on the Hejax Railway two miles south of
kudarvara, F rom this point it proceeds in a
straight line to a point on the Gulf o r Akaba two
miles south of the town o 4, that name.
