Letter regarding the Melik [Malik al-Tujjar] still being dissatisfied with the situation of the runaway slaves and statements from three witnesses who claim to have seen the runaway slaves on board the Euphrates since it has been anchored at Bushire Roads.

The letter goes on to request that should the men be discovered on leaving Bushire that the Captain will inform Colonel Pelly, whom they should encounter on route to Bombay, but if they are discovered before the Euphrates leaves Bushire he should communicate with Edwards before landing them.
